Automatic gear box seal

Is it possible to change the out put seal to the prop shaft without taking the automatic gearbox out . If yes are there any special tools required
Yes, just prise the old one out and tap a new one in. There are seal remover tools you can but but I've never needed one, I use a screwdriver. Just make sure you dont go too far behind the seal and damage the bearing in the housing.
