I can't comment on how long they will last, but I have just received two headlamp bowls from this company (make NEOLITE).
They were very cheap (9€ each!), take a H4 bulb (the full sized version of the bulb with three pins and with the full sized round baseplate). And they fit.
Not sure if they deliver to the UK, but worth a try even if you just keep one for a spare!
