Hope its the white one. My favourite colour combo on a PI especially with a black interior!

My thoughts exactly about white PI's Charles - black interior, black rear panel, black inserts on the wheel trims, obviously black tyres and vinyl etc, all compliment the white paintwork and look the 'dogs' - just my opinion (and a few others too....) however......!!
Just to possibly stir up a hornets nest again in the long debated colour topic - I also think Sienna is a very period colour and somehow I think the PI looks well in it!!
But all Pi's look well, if I'm honest....

But Lee, Dave's pi is Maple.
Mr Lewis has a very nice sienna pi, I don't have a photo from when it was on the stand at WCR40.
It was parked next to Kevin Warrington's OPaL. The only shame was the S alloys, whjch is now regarded as a period mod with the ridiculous prices wanted for 185x13 tyres.
Its a lovely car if anyone has a picture.

Snap of the line-up from the rear, with said PI parked amongst august company! I think the Maple PI of which you speak can just be discerned to the right; it's a somewhat lighter shade than Sienna, though the two are not-infrequently confused.

At the time the car was restored, I couldn't get H-rated 185x13s (or even 185/70x13s) for love nor money, and complete sets of 14" Stag steels seemed to be rather thin on the ground as well, hence the transition to alloys. I did consider Minilites, but don't think an all-silver finish would have sat well with the body colour. Perhaps I should have gone for Minilites with an anthracite centre and unpainted rim (as with the 1969 RAC Rally Mk1 PIs, and apparently subsequently fitted by a certain Mr Hopkirk to his 'company car' Mk2 PI), but the 'S' alloys are - strictly speaking - 'period', being fitted on US-market Stags from late 1972 and others from early 1973.
