Re: save our cars
Well said Llyod
Plus I can see things from Kevs point as I too have in the past suggested/offered things too only be ignored as you know Alan and that is why I am a little apprehensive to assist now.
Can I ask what you mean when say personally finacially affected?

Re: save our cars
I know, I agree. Preaching to the converted here!
But, and perhaps this is jaded with realism, we need bodies to do this.
If we could find someone to run this, and some helpers, and some space, then it would work.
Years ago we did have this. We had a member with a farm who stored and stripped cars for us (jolly wade?) but he had land and time.
I'm all for it, if we can find a way to get it going.

Re: save our cars
bill and phil,
thats brilliant, and its just how i saw this plan of "save our cars" working, one doing the leg work and one with the storage, fantastic, many thanks to both of you, and to all that have offered thus far.
scotland was a bit of a worry to me, ive been watching the " market " of cars in scotland for a while now and have noticed alot of cars that come up for sale, go relitively cheap or dont sell at all ( so get crushed i assume ? ), ive put this down simply to the remoteness of the area to where the car is ?? as scotland has vast parts of beautiful wilderness ( i know, ive been there, its stunning ), so you two are just what we need, if you find a mk1 pi, can i have first dibs on it lol lol.
keep these offers comming guys and gals, WE CAN DO THIS.
