I see where the seam should be. Will try and “dent” it in with a blunt chisel.

Its done, or as near as. Looooong job. Nice to have car back on the ground.
Didn’t manage to do a joint at rear of sill Johnny - will do it one day!

Excellent work. Looking good.
When I was much younger, I had a succession of the original Minis, which tended to rust on the seams between the front wing and front panel.
I did numerous repairs on them in that area over the years of ownership, which involved a thin skimming of body filler. I then used a very narrow modelling knife with a 'u' shaped blade to recreate the seam which was virtually the same size as the Triumph seams at the rear of the sills, the front panel, valance and nose cone (Mk1). The fact the seam was in a skim of filler rather than being an actually panel seam was virtually indistinguishable.
It just hides the otherwise clear indication that the panel has been repaired!
