4 stud fixings for the carbs to manifold rather than 2.

Quick answer, at a glance, HS4 carbs have a two stud mounting to the inlet manifold, HS6 have four studs.

Just to reinforce, 308778 = Early PI cam and GT6 and Vitesse cam. They work well in a carb engine. I had one in my last 'S' estate with twin HS6s and that was fine.
