Hoping to see the car in Kildare over the weekend, may well work out a cheaper option.

Yeah. I contacted the owner (as you did) and he said he doesn't want to leave it outside for the winter so come have a look and make an offer. I'll ring him on Friday when I know for sure what my plans are.
