Thank you for the encouragement with my Pi re-build.
After another busy saturday with my friends working all day on my Pi it seems to be looking quite good now. I have had the right hand side welded-up this week, and apart from a few modifications to the front and rear of the sills the main repairs are nearly done. Here are a few more shots of the underside.
The offside sill cover fitted:

To say i'm delighted is a bit of an understatement
The next job is to clean and tidy-up the suspension and drive-line and replace brake pipes and fuel lines.
