The original headrests were small and useless; MGB headrests are bigger and look much better. They are also still manufactured and are available from Moss.

I want to keep it with the original stuff really David,i want to get a pair of headrests though as its the only option not fitted to it when new!
I need a set of BL badges for the P.I hubcaps
I,ve bought an OSR quarter bumper
Are seat bases the same as a Stag? i,ve found someone with a shadow blue cloth seat base but its for a Stag.

Are the headrests the same as a Stag/Dolomite?

Stag and saloon seat bases are different.

Used in 2000, 2500, Stag, Spitfire, GT6, TR6 and Dolomite. They're quite common on fleabay (at least in black and brown, blue may be rarer). Having fitted them to a previous car I doubt they would have helped in an accident and think I preferred the uncluttered look from not having them, but each to their own.

Does anyone know if any of these - or the MG ones - have longer stems? My Spit headrest always seems too low for me.

Mk2 Stag headrests are the same. Mk1 type totally different!
