You will remember it Jim, Tony has had it since it was only a few months old afaik.
It is a very nice car in a striking colour.

Last year was the first National that I've ever stayed at - had a fantastic and hugely memorable time.

Was looking forward to this year, especially as I've never been to Northumberland. However, unexpectedly my wife and I have bought a house, I've only ever invested in classic cars before so we're first time buyers! Unfortunately it's left me with not very much holiday time and even less money so we won't be attending. Indeed the cars and caravan won't be doing very much this year...just the odd excursion.

I know what you mean John, I would like to give the Pi engine a refresh before we go, but the house is taking up all my time at the moment.
I even have to get the diff out and fit a refurbished nose piece and new front seal before next Friday and camping at Runswick.

Just got June out of hospital,so don't know if she will be fit enough to go,so might not make it.If she can make it,might have to bring a modern as nothing moved with the Triumph since last August!
Still,off this and next week,so see what time we get,God willing!!

Bill we are all hoping everything is OK and that you can make it.

John W, have you started prepping your car yet and is Dave B going home at all at the moment?:lol:

I'm hoping for the big start up tonight with FRanK, so pinkies crossed and I know Sharon was planning some refurb work (suspension and gearbox) on the Spi.

Just washing and polishing for the rest of you I guess.
