I now have a laminated windscreen to replace the toughened one. Seal also. Both sourced from Chris Witor. I'm not going to do this myself but would welcome advice that the fitter should take into account.

I have fitted spin-on oil filter and also added Wynn's on last oil change but I still get a severe knock on start-up unless I turn the engine over a few times with the choke in before starting. Knock disappears when oil light goes out. Even when warm the knock returns on re-starting after the engine ...

I'm Thinking of buying Stag type alloy wheels for my 1974 2500TC.
My current wheels measure 14 inch diameter inside the rim lip.
I am told the wheels I am thinking of buying measure 15 and 5 sixteenth inches overall outside rim.

From Rimmers site I see only 14 inch wheels advertised. Were the alloy ...

The bonnet stay on my 1974 2500 TC has become detached from the weld at the bonnet end - evidently at the factory the bonnet skin was fitted after the stay bracket was welded on! Has anyone repaired this before? Do you have a photo / description?
